Abstract
This paper presents a new structure for integrated motor drive and non-isolated battery charger of electric vehicles incorporating switched-reluctance motor (SRM). And Zero-torque control of Steady Point Analysis of switched reluctance motor drive system with on-board charger is also presented in this paper. Aiming at the electromagnetic torque of the motor in charging mode, this paper studies the inductance current mode based on the winding structure of the motor. Through the physical model and characteristics of the motor, the rotor angle of the motor in single-phase, two-phase and three-phase charging is calculated, and the rotor rotation problem is solved. The innovation of this method lies in the realization of battery voltage boost and power factor correction (PFC). The specific control block diagram of integrated inductance current instantaneous control of vehicle charger based on switched reluctance motor is proposed, and the stability of the control system is judged by Routh criterion.
