Abstract
To improve the operational economy, grids with distributed wind power, photovoltaic, and gas turbine are often operated according to the day-ahead economic optimal plan. However, due to the limitation of load and generation power forecasting technology, the real-time load and generation power in the grid often have a large deviation from the day-ahead forecasting results. To ensure the power balance in the grid, real-time operation requires correcting the day-ahead plan, which also affects the economics of the grid. In this paper, a real-time dispatch strategy is proposed, which is based on the day-ahead economic optimal operation plan. With two-stage real-time correction and rolling dispatch technology, the economy of the day-ahead operation plan is guaranteed to the greatest extent with the requirement of power balance. Finally, the case results verify the effectiveness of the proposed real-time dispatch strategy.
