Abstract
Due to the characteristics of multi-phase motors, when vector space decomposition (VSD) control is used, a small error voltage in the harmonic subspace will generate a large harmonic current, which leads to a large harmonic content of the motor currents. In this paper, a repetitive current controller is used to suppress the harmonic current in the harmonic subspace, and the parameters of the controller obtained through mathematical derivation. The proposed method is verified by simulation, and the results show that this method can effectively suppress the harmonic currents of twelve-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).
