Abstract
The harsh operating conditions of equipment in the aerospace field put strict requirements on the reliability and servo performance of the motor drive system. For this reason, a set of servo drive system with double redundancy of motor and controller is proposed in this paper. First, overall structure of the proposed double redundancy servo drive system is introduced. Second, the starting and braking process of the servo system and the method to improve the dynamic performance of the servo system is studied, including the design of current closed loop, speed closed loop and position closed loop. Finally, to eliminate the imbalance of winding current, torque ripple and inconsistent timing in the traditional dual-redundancy electric actuator control system, a dual-redundancy synchronization control scheme is proposed. The reliability of the control system is improved while reducing the cost of the system. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by experimental results.
