Abstract
Aiming at the problems of wind power casting and lack of flexibility in new power system after large-scale wind power integration, a flexibility evaluation method considering wind power curtailment means is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the flexibility demand of wind power system is reflected by the net load curve, and the flexibility supply of conventional units is evaluated by probabilistic production simulation. Then, based on the probability distribution model of effective capacity, the flexibility indicators are defined according to the supply and demand relationship. On the basis of the probability distribution of downward flexibility shortage, the distribution of wind power curtailment is completed, and the flexibility indicators considering the means of wind power curtailment are obtained through flexibility evaluation. Finally, based on the IEEE RTS-24 system data, the proposed indicators are simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
