Abstract
With the in-depth advancement of power market reforms, wind power projects in China will deeply participate in power market transactions. This paper aims at the low marketization of distributed photovoltaic industry, lagging public services, and immature business models in China. Based on the life cycle theory, this paper divides the life cycle of distributed power sources. According to the problems in each stage and combined with the experience of value-added services, the distribution is proposed. Two-tier value-added service system for the photovoltaic market. This system will help improve market service capabilities, improve distributed photovoltaic market mechanism, and increase the investment enthusiasm of market entities.
