Abstract
本文采用多因素老化方法模拟并加速复合绝缘子中玻璃钢芯棒的类衰变老化。FRP芯棒经受强拉伸、硝酸腐蚀、高导电性、高湿、高温条件,老化试验时也人工模拟湿气渗透损坏护套引起的界面失效和界面放电. 老化后,对玻璃钢材料的微观形貌、特征基团和环氧树脂含量进行了测试,并应用进一步的分析来探索材料的官能团与老化过程中性能损失的关系。该实验旨在恢复和加速实验室内的腐烂老化过程,以进一步找出类腐烂老化的条件和特征。对现场运行过程中玻璃钢芯棒类腐烂老化的预检具有指导意义。
