Abstract
The state estimation based on measurement error often deviates from the actual state of power system, mainly because the error interval assumed cannot contain the true value. To solve this problem, an interval robust state estimation method based on uncertain measurement error (IRSE) have been proposed. The method have used interval state estimation (ISE) to obtain the error interval which containing the true value, and based on the measurement uncertainty state estimation model (MNMR) to implement robust state estimation. Compared with MNMR and WLS, the method avoid the misjudgment of MNMR on bad data, and has an obvious improvement on estimation accuracy.
