Abstract
Composite tower has the advantages of good insulation performance, low corridor occupation and low investment. It has a wide application prospect in high voltage transmission lines. According to the characteristics that the suspension string length of composite tower is greatly reduced, this paper deduces the refined calculation formula of unbalanced tension, analyzes the variation law of unbalanced tension, designs the unbalanced tension adjustment device, and verifies the application effect of the device. The analysis shows that the unbalanced tension of composite tower line increases significantly due to the reduction of suspension string length. The unbalanced tension adjustment proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the unbalanced tension level, which can provide reference for engineering application.
